These Terms govern professional use of Lovely Lash Day by self-employed lash technicians and salons. The service is provided by Lovely Brand Estonia OÜ, registry code 16818323, Punane tn 16-1, 13619 Tallinn, Estonia; info@lovelylashes.ee.
Acceptance and authority
An account holder accepts these Terms on registration. A person accepting for a salon warrants authority to bind the business and manage its workspace. Users must be at least 18. The person or business controlling a workspace is responsible for authorised staff access.
Nature of the service
The app organises hygiene checks, instrument processing, sterilisation and equipment records, workplace risk assessments, clients, consultations, consent, appointments, optional photographs and related business records. It is an administrative and professional documentation tool; it does not diagnose conditions, provide medical treatment, certify legal compliance, or guarantee an inspection result.
Professional responsibility
Users must follow applicable local law, manufacturer instructions, equipment operating requirements and relevant training. Country defaults, reminders, shelf-life settings, patch-test settings and templates are configurable aids, not verified legal advice. Users must record facts truthfully, confirm tasks actually performed and not mark work complete merely because a reminder or timer has fired.
Account, roles and security
Workspace owners manage team members, roles, branches and staff departure. Staff must use their own credentials and keep access secure. Owner-level changes, credential recovery and account transfers may require verification. We may suspend suspicious access to protect the account or third parties.
Data and privacy
Users retain their rights in their business records. They authorise us to host, process and transmit workspace content solely to operate the service under the Privacy Policy and DPA. The salon or professional is responsible for notices, appropriate lawful bases and permissions for clients and staff. Uploading unlawful or unnecessary information is prohibited.
Availability and offline work
Where offline recording is available, changes made without a connection may synchronise later. Pending changes, reminders and simultaneous edits on multiple devices may not update immediately. Users should check synchronisation status and the completeness of their records.
Free service and future plans
The service is available free of charge unless a price is clearly presented before purchase. If paid functions are introduced, users will receive the relevant terms and prices before agreeing to buy them. Existing free accounts will not automatically incur charges merely because a paid plan becomes available.
External services and commercial links
The app may link to professional products on lovelylashes.ee and courses on lovelyacademy.ee. Those websites operate under their own purchase, privacy and service terms. Such links may carry non-personal campaign tags. We do not promise that any linked product or course is suitable for a particular person or satisfies a particular country’s regulations.
Intellectual property
Lovely retains intellectual property in its app, original design and content. Users receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the service for legitimate professional purposes while their accounts are active. They must not interfere with platform security, reverse engineer protected components unlawfully, or access other salons’ data.
Deletion and termination
Users may request deletion or close accounts through the documented deletion flow. Workspace ownership, employee removal and deletion of the complete salon workspace are distinct actions. Before removing a workspace, we will provide an opportunity to export accessible data, subject to security and applicable law. We may suspend material misuse, where practicable with notice.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lovely is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate records entered by users, users’ failure to perform required hygiene procedures or misuse of the app.
Law, disputes, updates
Estonian law governs these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, without removing mandatory protections that apply in the user’s country. For questions or disputes, contact info@lovelylashes.ee. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law will hear disputes that cannot be resolved informally.
